My favorite from the bunch was for chocolate covered wafers; each packet has its own sequential art on the front and back. The front features adorable animals taking part in a fun, childhood activity, having a delightful time. The back shows how each seemingly innocent activity goes horribly wrong.

Built in 1923 on Big Fish Lake, not much has changed in this cabin; it’s like a time capsule of a quintessential Minnesota lake get-away. It’s lovely, quaint, and serene, however, the downside to its charming timelessness is that it lacks some late 20th-century luxuries I’ve become accustomed to – for instance, running water. Yup, this place still has a pump in the kitchen and an outhouse in the yard. Combined with the fact that a mouse usually calls the cabin home, I’m afraid I’m too used to a certain standard of living, meaning: I need an indoor toilet. These downsides have kept me away from the cabin for almost a decade (yes, I am that big of a wimp), but now I’ve found the secret: go up for just the afternoon. It’s perfect. I wish I figured it out sooner.
